Our meat is from the south of Tamil Nadu. We use handpicked spices, and the biriyani is cooked using firewood at 200 degrees C to ensure consistency and a lingering taste. At Khalids Biriyani, we offer robust biriyanis of excellent quality made using basmati rice and infused with aromas of various spices and juicy and tender meat paired with it.
Khalids Biriyani was started by the trio – of Abdul Rahman (hotelier), Karthik Jayakumar (maritime), and Karthik Ganesan (technology and marketing) in 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic struck in Chennai.
With over 15 outlets in Tamil Nadu, they even have an outlet in the Maldives.”
